the effect that aspartame is dangerous. How worried should I be?.
Not at all. The message is pure rubbish. About.com
posted an excellent rebuttal to the e-mail message, which
it considered an "urban legend."

Sclerosis Foundation medical advisor labeled the message
"rapidly misleading and scandalous."
The latest (2009) version of this report concludes that aspartame is "quite safe and refers to the circulating e-mail message as a hoax.

of aspartame, has science-based reports.
